Cylindrical gear workshop was was founded at 1992, was rated as one of the top ten enterprises in China at 2002, equipped with 1200 staff, successfully obtained total 31 inventions and 9 Patents. We have the whole process manufacturing capability from blank forging to finished products. 

Forging: 18 sets of production equipment, including medium frequency reheating furnace(200KW -1100KW), friction press(2pcs 630ton, 2pcs 1000ton, 1pcs 1600ton ), hot die forging press (4pcs 160ton, 2pcs 315ton, 2pcs 630ton )and roll forging machine(diameter  range :500mm ). 

CNC Turning: 410 full function CNC lathes,  including, 68 vertical lathes. the brand has MAZAK/ DOOSAN ETC. Diameter Range : 10-1000mm, Annual Output 15 million pieces 

CNC machining center: 100 sets of machining centers and the brand has MAZAK/ Okuma/ DMG, including 35 horizontal machining centers, Maximum Diameter: 1500mm, Annual Output 3 million pieces.

Gear Manufacturing: 330 equipment: including 110CNC gear hobbing machines, 103 CNC shaping machines, 50 CNC shaving machines, 16 vertical broaching machines. Diameter range :10-800mm, Modules :0.5-16, Annual Output :15 million pieces.

Heat Treat: 41 sets heat treatment equipment. including 3 lines of continuous carburizing furnace, 18 multipurpose furnace, 5 high frequency induction quenching equipment, 4 large nitriding furnaces, 3 large well type furnaces, 1 isothermal normalizing production line and 1 hardening and tempering production,  Annual Output:18000 Tons

Dimensions Grinding: 59 Japan Shigiya, Tsugami CNC external cylindrical grinding machines, 39 CNC internal grinding machines, 50 semi-automatic grinding machines. Annual Output :12 million pieces.

Gear grinding: 12 gear grinding machines produced by  Liebherr /SU/Reishauer.,  Annual Output :1500 thousand pieces
